PENGARUH MOBILISASI PROGRESIF LEVEL 1 TERHADAP SATURASI OKSIGEN DAN RESPIRATORY RATE PADA PASIEN PENURUNAN KESADARAN DI RUMAH SAKIT GRANDMED LUBUK PAKAM TAHUN 2025

Patients with decreased consciousness often experience impaired respiratory function due to reduced respiratory muscle activity, suboptimal circulation, and the risk of complications resulting from prolonged immobility. Objective: This study aimed to determine the effect of level 1 progressive
mobilization on oxygen saturation and respiratory rate in patients with decreased consciousness at Grandmed Hospital Lubuk Pakam in 2025. Level 1 progressive mobilization significantly increases oxygen saturation and decreases respiratory rate in patients with decreased consciousness. This improvement is likely due to enhanced alveolar ventilation, increased lung elasticity, and improved blood circulation and gas exchange within the lung tissue.
