PENGARUH PEMBERIAN POSISI SEMI FOWLER 45° UNTUK MENINGKATKAN SATURASI OKSIGEN PADA PASIEN GAGAL JANTUNG DIRUMAH SAKIT GRANDMED LUBUK PAKAM
Oxygen saturation was measured using pulse oximetry before and after providing a 45° semi-Fowler position. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with a significance level of α = 0.05. Results: Before the intervention was given, the majority of respondents experienced mild hypoxia (53.3%). After being given a 45° semi-Fowler position, there was a significant increase in oxygen saturation, with 53.3% of respondents being categorized as normal, 33.3%. The Wilcoxon test results showed a Z-value of –3.385 and a p-value of 0.000, indicating a significant difference before and after the intervention.
