PENGARUH POSISI TRENDELENBURG TERHADAP KESTABILAN TEKANAN DARAH PASCA ANESTESI UMUM PADA PASIEN POST OPERASI BEDAH MAYOR DI RUMAH SAKIT GRANDMED LUBUK PAKAM TAHUN 2025
This study used a quasi-experimental design with a one group pretest–posttest design approach. The population in this study is post-major surgical patients in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital in 2025, with a total of 22 research samples selected using purposive sampling techniques. The research instruments are in the form of sphygmomanometers and observation sheets for pre-test and post-test blood pressure measurement of trendelenburg positioning. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate using the shapiro-wilk normality test and the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Results the results showed a value of p=0.000 (p< 0.05) which could be interpreted as characterized by an increase in systolic and diastolic blood pressure and the achievement of blood pressure stability in patients after general anesthesia.
