This study aims to obtain early detection of pulmonary tuberculosis cases with a fast and accurate diagnosis at the Siabu Community Health Center (UPTD). To obtain the number of suspected pulmonary tuberculosis patients examined using the Molecular Rapid Test. This type of research is a descriptive analytical study. The study was conducted at the Siabu Community Health Center (UPTD) Laboratory, from April to May 2025, using the Molecular Rapid Test (TCM). Based on the study involving 187 suspected pulmonary TB patients. Data were collected through sputum examination using the TCM and analyzed univariately to describe the frequency distribution of observed variables. The results showed that 16.1% (30 of 187) patients were confirmed positive for Rifampicin-Sensitive TB through TCM. The distribution of positive cases was higher in men (16.7%) than women (15.2%), in line with global trends. The age group ≥40 years had the highest number of TB cases (76.7% of the total positive), indicating the role of immunosuppression and comorbidities in the elderly. Respondents with smoking habits showed a higher proportion of TB cases (63.3%) than non-smokers. Farming dominated the positive cases (63.3%), highlighting the risk of occupational exposure.
