PERSENTASE ANGKA KEJADIAN HEMOLISIS TERHADAP SAMPEL SERUM PEMERIKSAAN KIMIA KLINIK DI LABORATORIUM PRAMITA PEKANBARU

The purpose of this study was to determine the percentage of hemolysis incidence in the laboratory of Pramita Pekanbaru. The samples in this study were hemolysis samples from the total clinical chemistry examination samples from May 2024 - May 2025. This research method uses quality indicators which are programs from The International Federation of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine (IFCC). The quality indicators set by IFCC can be grouped into three major parts, namely: (demand compliance), (formulation and demand input), (identification, collection, handling and transportation of samples). In the results of this study, the percentage of hemolysis incidence of clinical chemistry examination serum samples with the IFCC method quality indicator score is 0.005% with a quality level that is included in the optimal category.
