PERBANDINGAN KADAR PROTHROMBIN TIME (PT) DAN ACTIVATED PARTIAL THROMBOPLASTIN TIME (APTT) SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH TERAPI INTRAVENA ANTIKOAGULAN PADA PASIEN INFARK MIOKARD AKUT (IMA) DI RSUP H. ADAM MALIK MEDAN

Objective: To determine the comparison of PT and APTT levels before and after intravenous anticoagulant therapy in AMI patients. Method: This research is a quantitative study with a pre-post test design. The sample consisted of 30 AMI patients who underwent PT and APTT examinations before and after therapy. Data were analyzed using the paired t-test statistical method. Result: The average PT level before therapy was 12.82 seconds and after therapy was 17.57 seconds. The average APTT level before therapy was 32.20 seconds and after therapy was 73.92 seconds. The paired t-test showed p-values for both PT and APTT were < 0.00001, indicating a significant difference before and after therapy.
