PERBEDAAN HASIL UREUM DAN KREATININ PADA PASIEN PEMINUM ALKOHOL DI USIA PRODUKTIF (30 60 TAHUN) DI DESA TRAJU KECAMATAN SIEMPAT RUBE KABUPATEN PAKPAK BHARAT
This study aims to determine the difference in urea and creatinine results in alcohol drinkers of productive age (30 60 years) in Traju Village, Siempat Rube Dis trict, Pakpak Bharat Regency. The design of this study is descriptive observational (descriptive research). The population of this study
was people who consumed alcoholic beverages in Traju Village, Siempat Rube District, Pakpak Bharat Regency and the numb er of samples was 50 respondents, using simple random sampling. The method of examining urea and creatinine results was the Jaffe Reaction. Examination showed that out of 50 samples, high urea and creatinine results were 16 samples (32%), low urea and creatinine results were 8 samples (16%) and 26 samples (52%) showed normal results. High urea and creatinine results were more common in the 41 50 age group, namely 25 people (50%), in men as many as 48 people (96%), people who do physical activity as many as 38 people (76%) and those who have consumed alcohol for > 5 years as many as 36 people (72%).
