ANALISA HASIL ELEKTROFORESIS DEOXYRIBONUCLEIC ACID (DNA) HUMAN PAPILLOMAVIRUS (HPV) PADA MUKOSA MULUT PENDERITA KANKER SERVIKS

Purpose: To know and analyze the results of DNA electrophoresis on the oral mucosa of cervical cancer patients. Method: The research method used is experimental. Result: Based on the results of the study using a documentary gel, 6 samples were detected with HPV DNA bands, which were declared positive because there was a 450 bp DNA band and 9 samples were negative.
