ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN FRAKTUR OS TIBIA PADA PASIEN TN. D DI RUMAH SAKIT GRANDMED LUBUK PAKAM TAHUN 2026

This research method used a literature study with a case study of nursing care in os fracture tibia patients with acute pain problems in the Asoka pavilion of jombang Hospital which wa carried out in the 2020 - 2023 period.The literature study of 4 clients showed that there were os fractur causing pain in the os wound frauctur of the which resulted in decreased muscle strength ,swelling dan CRT> 2 seconds. Acute pain is parimar complain frequently experienced by tibia fracture arriving at the Emrgency Room (ER). Rapid and effective pain management is a simple ,non-patients’ physiological method that can naturally help alleviate pain. Determine the effectiveness of deep breating relaxation technique in reducing pain levels in tibia fractur patients at ther ER of RS GRANDMED sayang rakyat.The research findings indicate a significan reduction in pain levels after implementing deep breathing relaxation, with the pain scale decreasing from 8 to 6.
