ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN CEDERA KEPALA SEDANG RESIKO PERFUSI SEREBRAL TIDAK EFEKTIF DENGAN INTERVENSI PEMBERIAN OKSIGEN DI RUMAH SAKIT GRANDMED LUBUK PAKAM
This descriptive research was using a case study approach. This case study focused on one patient with a moderate head injury who was at risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion and was administered with oxygen in the icu room of grandmed hospital lubuk pakam. The results of the study showed that the management of nursing care in the patient with moderate head injury in fulfilling oxygenation needs with the nursing problem of ineffective cerebral perfusion risk, which was carried out by giving oxygen through NRM 10 Lpm for 30 minutes obtained the results of an increase in GCS from E2 M3 V4 (somnolen) to E2 M4 V4 (delirium), ICP decreased with normal MAP results of 93 mmHg, blood pressure from 140/80 mmHg to 130/75 mmHg, SPO2 from 86% to 98%. Recommendations for oxygen administration are carried out in patients with head injury to overcome oxygenation problems.
