This study used a case study method with a nursing care approach, taking a single case. Results : Based on data analysis, similarities and discrepancies were identified between the case and the theory. In the theory, the kidney disease case presented four nursing diagnoses for patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD): impaired gas exchange, decreased cardiac output, hypervolemia, and ineffective peripheral perfusion. In the case studied, three diagnoses were implemented: hypervolemia, nutritional deficit, and activity intolerance. Planning and implementation were supported by adequate facilities and equipment. In establishing diagnoses, researchers are expected to be meticulous in formulating nursing diagnoses to ensure that patient nursing problems can be addressed and treated comprehensively and comprehensively.
