ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN POST PARTUM DENGAN RESIKO PERDARAHAN DI RUMAH SAKIT GRANDMED LUBUK PAKAM
The subject was a spontaneous postpartum mother with a risk of bleeding in the Teratai Room 1 Karanganyar Public Hospital. Data collection methods used interviews, physical examinations, documentation studies, and observations of decreased uterine fundal height on the first to the third day in the afternoon after postpartum exercise. The study observed nursing care management for postpartum patients in meeting the need for safety and comfort at the risk of bleeding with nursing problems of bleeding risk. It was evidenced by postpartum complications (uterine atony) and the lack of information on bleeding prevention. The nursing action of postpartum exercise therapy for three days in the morning and evening for 30 minutes could reduce the uterine fundus height to 2 fingers underneath the umbilicus. Recommendation: Postpartum exercise therapy is effective in spontaneous postpartum patients to reduce the risk of bleeding.
