The method used in this final project report is a descriptive method with a case study approach, including assessment, nursing intervention, nursing implementation, and nursing evaluation. he management of
hyperthermia was carried out for 3 days through nursing actions, including identifying the cause of hyperthermia, measuring body temperature, providing a cool environment, administering oral fluids, performing external cooling, and giving pharmacological therapy. The 3-day management using warm compress nursing intervention
successfully helped the patient experience a gradual decrease in body temperature. Therefore, it can be concluded that the application of warm compresses is effective in overcoming hyperthermia problems.
