HUBUNGAN FREKUENSI KONSUMSI JUNK FOOD DENGAN STATUS GIZI PADA REMAJA DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN (SMK) 1 BERINGIN
The results showed that most respondents had a moderate frequency of junk food consumption and normal nutritional status. The Spearman correlation test indicated a significant relationship between the frequency of junk food consumption and the nutritional status of adolescents at SMK Negeri 1 Beringin (p-value < 0.05). These findings suggest that a higher frequency of junk food consumption is associated with an increased risk of nutritional status problems among adolescents. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between the frequency of junk food consumption and the nutritional status of adolescents at SMK Negeri 1 Beringin. Therefore, nutrition education and the promotion of
healthy eating habits are necessary to reduce junk food consumption and maintain optimal nutritional status among adolescents.
