ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN POST OP REPOSISI FRAKTUR DIGITI PEDIS DENGAN NYERI AKUT DI RS GRANDMED LUBUK PAKAM
The case study results indicated that the patient's complaint was pain in the left toe. The nursing
diagnosis was acute pain (D.0077). The primary nursing interventions supporting leverage in addressing patient problems were pharmacological techniques, including antibiotics, and non-pharmacological techniques, including deep breathing relaxation. The evaluation was conducted over three days, and the problem was resolved. Discussion: Nurses should focus on developing knowledge
and technology for application to all nursing staff in providing nursing care for acute pain in patients with post-op fracture repositioning of the digit of the foot.
