HUBUNGAN AKTIVITAS FISIK DAN POLA MAKAN DENGAN TEKANAN DARAH PADA PASIEN HIPERTENSI DI PUSKESMAS PANTAI LABU
The results indicated that the majority of respondents engaged in light category physical activity (50.9%) and followed a poor-category dietary pattern (38.2%). Based on the Chi-Square test results, the p-value for physical activity was 0.001, and for dietary patterns, it was 0.000. These values indicate a significant relationship between physical activity and dietary patterns with the incidence of hypertension in the working area of Pantai Labu Community Health Center. It can be concluded that low levels of physical activity and poor dietary patterns significantly contribute to the increased severity of hypertension in the community. Therefore, it is expected that Pantai Labu Community Health Center will enhance health promotion regarding the importance of a healthy lifestyle, and
that the community will improve their dietary habits and increase physical activity to better
control blood pressure.
