HUBUNGAN FREKUENSI KONSUMSI FAST FOOD DENGAN INDEKS MASSA TUBUH (IMT) PADA SISWA SMA NUSANTARA LUBUK PAKAM
The study sample consisted of 78 respondents selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data on fast food consumption frequency were collected using a Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ), while nutritional status data were obtained through anthropometric measurements. Data
analysis was performed using the Chi-Square test.
The results showed that most respondents had a moderate frequency of fast food consumption, accounting for 30 respondents (38.5%), while the majority had normal nutritional status, accounting for 38 respondents (48.7%). The Chi-Square test revealed a significant relationship between the frequency of fast food consumption and Body Mass Index (BMI) among students of SMA Nusantara Lubuk Pakam (p-value = 0.000; p
