HUBUNGAN POLA MAKAN DENGAN STATUS GIZI PADA PENDERITA DIABETES MELITUS TIPE 2 DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS PAGAR JATI TAHUN 2026
The results showed that most respondents had a good dietary pattern (30 respondents; 51.7%),
followed by excessive dietary pattern (15 respondents; 25.9%) and poor dietary pattern (13respondents; 22.4%). Most respondents had normal nutritional status (31 respondents; 53.4%), while 27 respondents (46.6%) had abnormal nutritional status. The Chi-Square test showed a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a statistically significant relationship between dietary patterns and nutritional status among patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in the working area of Pagar Jati
Public Health Center in 2026. It can be concluded that dietary patterns are significantly associated with the nutritional status of patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. Therefore, patients are encouraged to adopt dietary patterns that are consistent with the principles of balanced nutrition to maintain optimal nutritional status and prevent disease complications.
