HUBUNGAN KEPATUHAN DIET TINGGI KALORI TINGGI PROTEIN ( TKTP ) DENGAN STATUS GIZI PASIEN KANKER SERVIKS YANG MENJALANI KEMOTERAPI DI RUMAH SAKIT GRANDMED LUBUK PAKAM

Results :
The majority of respondents were non-adherent to the HCHP diet (52.9%) and had underweight nutritional status (58.8%). The statistical test results showed a p = 0.000 ( α = 0.05), which means there is a significant relationship between HCHP diet adherence and nutritional status of cervical cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Conclusion : There is a significant relationship between High Calorie High Protein (HCHP) diet adherence and nutritional status of cervical cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy at Grandmed Hospital Lubuk Pakam. Patients who adhere to the HCHP diet tend to have better nutritional status.
