HUBUNGAN FREKUENSI KONSUMSI MINUMAN KEKINIAN DENGAN STATUS GIZI PADA REMAJA USIA 16-18 TAHUN DI SMKS BUDISATRYA KOTA MEDAN TAHUN 2026
The population consists of students in grades X and XII at SMKS Budisatrya totaling 134 students, with a sample of 100 respondents selected using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data collection was conducted through a Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) and anthropometric measurements (BMI-for-age), and analysis was performed using chi-square tests.
The results indicate a significant relationship between the frequency of consumption of boba (p=0.000), chocolate milk tea (p=0.000), milk tea (p=0.000), thai tea (p=0.000), iced coffee latte (p=0.001), ice green tea (p=0.003), cheese tea (p=0.023), iced tea (p=0.048), ice cream/mixue (p=0.001), and milk shake (p=0.035) with adolescent nutritional status. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the frequency of trending beverage
consumption and the nutritional status of adolescents aged 16–18 years.
