HUBUNGAN AKTIVITAS FISIK DAN POLA MAKAN DENGAN KADAR KOLESTEROL TOTAL PADA PASIEN RAWAT INAP PENYAKIT JANTUNG KORONER DI RUMAH SAKIT GRANDMED LUBUK PAKAM
Results:
The results showed that most respondents had low physical activity totaling 43 respondents (48.3%), good dietary patterns totaling 39 respondents (43.8%), and normal total cholesterol levels totaling 47 respondents (52.8%). Statistical analysis showed a relationship between physical
activity and total cholesterol levels with a p-value = 0.000 and a relationship between dietary patterns and total cholesterol levels with a p-value = 0.000. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between physical activity and dietary patterns with total cholesterol levels in coronary heart disease inpatients at Grandmed Hospital Lubuk Pakam. Regular physical activity and healthy dietary patterns are important in controlling total cholesterol levels and preventing complications of coronary heart disease.
