ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA Ny. B DENGAN POST OP FRAKTUR FEMUR DENGAN HAMBATAN MOBILITAS FISIK DIRUMAH SAKIT GRANDMED LUBUK PAKAM

Femur fracture is one of the most common orthopedic injuries, often resulting from traffic accidents, and may lead to impaired mobility, severe pain, and serious complications such as infection and hypovolemic shock. This study aims to describe the implementation of nursing care for a patient with post-operative femur fracture using the nursing process approach, which includes assessment,
nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The research method used is a descriptive case study involving a patient named Mrs. B in the Inpatient Ward 2S of Grandmed Hospital, Lubuk Pakam. Data were collected through interviews, direct observation, and medical documentation review.
