Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a growing health concern, with global prevalence reaching 11-13% and 1.3% in Indonesia. CKD can impair kidney function, disrupting fluid and electrolyte balance, and causing complications like pruritus and skin integrity damage. This case study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of olive oil as a non-pharmacological therapy in addressing skin integrity issues in CKD patients. Using a descriptive method with a casestudy approach and Evidence-Based Nursing Practice (EBNP), olive oil was implemented asa non-pharmacological technique to alleviate skin integrity damage in chronic kidney disease patients.
