This study used a pre-experimental design with a one-group pre-test and post-test approach. The sample consisted of 38 parents selected through total sampling. Data were collected using a 27-item
feeding rules knowledge questionnaire and analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results showed that before the intervention, most respondents had a moderate level of knowledge (55.3%), while after the intervention most respondents had a good level of knowledge (57.9%). The Wilcoxon test showed a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant effect of feeding rules education on parents' knowledge. Feeding rules education was effective in improving parents'
knowledge as an effort to prevent picky eater behavior among preschool children.
