Data were collected via a nutritional knowledge questionnaire and 24-Hour Food Recall forms, then analyzed univariately and bivariately using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test . Results showed a significant increase in knowledge scores after education (Δ = 2.14 ± 1.98; p < 0.001; Cohen's d = 1.08), with 82.9% of respondents improving. Energy and fat intake decreased, while protein and fiber intake increased significantly (p < 0.001). However, full compliance with balanced diet post intervention remained low (4.3%). It is concluded that combined education effectively improves nutritional knowledge and dietary intake, though sustained mentoring is needed to enhance compliance.
