The case study was carried out for three days, from January 21 to 23, 2026, at the Grandmed Hospital Inpatient Room. Data is collected through interviews, observations, physical examinations, medical records, and information from health workers. After being given wound treatment using metronidazole and 0.9% NaCl for three days, the patient showed improvement in wound condition, including pus, reduced odor, and wound began to dry. The wound remains moist with a yellow and reddish tint, signaling the healing process is taking place. Wound treatment with Metronidazole and NaCl 0.9%t proved effective in clearing wounds and speeding up the healing process in patients with diabetic ulcers. A systematic nursing care approach plays a vital role in improving patient quality of care and clinical outcomes.
