ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN POST CATHETERIZATION DENGAN PERCUTANEOUS CORONARY INTERVENTION (PCI) DI RUANG RAWAT INAP RS GRANDMED

The method used is a case study with a nursing process approach, including assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the implementation showed a gradual improvement in the patient’s condition, indicated by stabilized vital signs, increased activity tolerance,
and improved rest quality, although not yet optimal. In conclusion, nursing care for post-PCI patients plays an important role in stabilizing cardiovascular conditions, improving activity tolerance, and enhancing patient rest quality. Appropriate nursing care also supports the optimal cardiac rehabilitation process.
