ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN STROKE HEMORAGIK : PEMENUHAN FISIOLOGIS OKSIGENASI DENGAN INTERVENSI PEMBERIAN MUROTAL AL-QURAN DI RUANG INTENSIVE CARE UNIT (ICU 2) DI RUMAH SAKIT GRANDMED LUBUK PAKAM

Four main nursing diagnoses were identified: ineffective airway clearance, ineffective breathing pattern, impaired gas exchange, and anxiety. After nursing interventions, including murotal therapy, the patient’s condition improved as evidenced by increased oxygen saturation, reduced secretion, improved ventilator synchrony, and decreased anxiety levels. Conclusion: Murotal Al-Qur’an therapy is effective as a complementary intervention in improving oxygenation and reducing anxiety in ICU patients.
