Objective: This study aims to compare the results of urine protein testing using bilimbi fruit extract and 6% acetic acid Methods: This research employed an experimental laboratory method using urine samples tested with two reagents: bilimbi fruit extract and 6% acetic acid. Observations were interpreted based on the degree of turbidity or precipitate formed Results: The results indicated differences in sensitivity levels and precipitate clarity between the use of bilimbi extract and 6% acetic acid in detecting urine protein.
