ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN POST OP APPENDIKTOMI DENGAN GANGGUAN RASA AMAN NYAMAN NYERI MELALUI TINDAKAN TEKNIK BACK MASSAGE DI RS GRANDMED LUBUK PAKAM

Based on data obtained during the assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation results, data was obtained from each patient complaining of pain in the abdominal area. In patients, 3 diagnoses of post-op appendectomy in patients were found to be resolved, which was indicated by a decrease in the pain scale. For researchers, it is hoped that this study will provide experience in providing nursing care to patients with post-op appendectomy. For the research site, it is hoped that it will provide input to the health care sector regarding nursing care for patients with post-op appendectomy, thus becoming a mediator in addressing patient problems during the healing process. For the development of nursing science, it is hoped that it will provide an overview of the application of nursing care theory to post-op appendectomy patients directly.
