PENGARUH EDUKASI GIZI TENTANG TANIN MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA LEAFLET TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN REMAJA PUTRI DALAM UPAYA PENCEGAHAN ANEMIA DI SMKN1 BERINGIN
Data were collected using a knowledge questionnaire administered before (pretest) and after (posttest) the nutrition education intervention delivered through leaflet media. Data analysis was conducted using univariate and bivariate methods. The normality test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test indicated that the data were not normally distributed (p < 0.05); therefore, the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test was used for bivariate analysis. The results showed that before the intervention, most respondents had poor knowledge levels, accounting for 64 respondents (71.1%).
After receiving nutrition education, the majority of respondents demonstrated good knowledge levels, accounting for 53 respondents (58.9%). The Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test revealed a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating that nutrition education about tannins using leaflet media had a significant effect on improving the knowledge of adolescent girls regarding anemia prevention at SMKN 1 Beringin. It is recommended that schools optimize and sustain nutrition education programs as an effort to improve knowledge and preventive behaviors related to anemia among adolescent girls.
