IDENTIFIKASI Aspergillus Sp PADA BUMBU PECEL DALAM KEMASAN TANPA MEREK YANG DIJUAL DI SUPERMARKET TANJUNG MORAWA

Objective : The purpose is to identify the presence of Aspergillus sp in pecel seasoning in unbranded packaging sold at Tanjung Morawa Supermarket. Method : This research method is descriptive with a case study approach. Samples were taken by purposive sampling from three different locations. The examination was carried out macroscopically and microscopicly
after planting on Potato Dextrose Agar (PDA) media and coloured with Lactophenol Cotton Blue (LPCB) dye. Results : The results showed that from the three samples examined, two samples (SB1 and SB3) showed morphological characteristics that matched Aspergillus flavus, while one sample (SB2) showed unidentified fungal spore growth.
