HUBUNGAN KARAKTERISTIK SOSIODEMOGRAFI DENGAN KEPATUHAN PESERTA MANDIRI DALAM MEMBAYAR IURAN BPJS PADA SEKTOR INFORMAL DI DESA KUALA TANJUNG TAHUN 2026
The method used in this study was a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. The study population consisted of 980 self-employed participants in the informal sector, with a sample of 67 respondents selected using accidental sampling. Data collection was conducted through interviews using a questionnaire and analyzed using univariate and bivariate tests, including the Chi-Square test. The research resu it was found that the majority of respondents were aged 26–35 years (35.8%), female (50.7%), had a high school education or equivalent (53.7%), worked as merchants (58.2%), and had an income of less than Rp2,000,000 (53.7%). Of all respondents surveyed, 53.7% were compliant with their BPJS premium payments, while age and gender showed no significant
association.
