IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM PENGELOLAAN PENYAKIT KRONIS (PROLANIS) DIWILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS SERBELAWAN KECAMATAN DOLOK BATU NANGGAR TAHUN 2026

The results showed that the implementation of Prolanis at the Serbelawan Primary Health Center had generally been carried out adequately. The communication aspect was implemented through socialization, information dissemination, and coordination, although several participants still experienced delays in receiving information. The resource aspect was supported by adequate health personnel, medicines, medical equipment, facilities, funding, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), although staff workload remained a challenge. The disposition aspect reflected strong commitment and responsibility among health workers, while the bureaucratic structure was supported by SOPs, clear task distribution, routine monitoring, evaluation, and reporting systems. Strengthening communication, optimizing human resource management, enhancing inter-
program coordination, and increasing participant involvement are necessary to improve the effectiveness of the Prolanis program.
