HUBUNGAN PERILAKU KESEHATAN DENGAN KEPATUHAN MENGGUNAKAN SISTEM RUJUKAN BERJENJANG JAMINAN KESEHATAN NASIONAL (JKN) DI PUSKESMAS SIALANG TAHUN 2026
The variables examined included knowledge, experience, facilities, and human resources (HR) as factors related to compliance. Data were analyzed using Fisher’s Exact and Chi-Square tests with a 95% confidence level (alpha = 0.05). The results showed that experience (p=0.000) and HR availability (p=0.000) had a significant relationship with patient compliance. Conversely, knowledge (p=0.192) and facilities (p=0.167) showed no significant relationship with patient compliance at Puskesmas Sialang. The study concludes that patient experience and the role of HR are the primary determinants in encouraging patient compliance with the tiered referral system. It is recommended that the Puskesmas enhance education and interpersonal communication by health workers to strengthen patient understanding regarding the importance of JKN referral procedures.
