FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEPATUHAN PENGOBATAN PASIEN TB PARU DI PUSKESMAS LUBUK PAKAM TAHUN 2026
Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed through univariate and bivariate analyses using the Chi-Square test with a 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). The results showed a significant relationship between knowledge and treatment adherence (p = 0.000) and between self-efficacy and treatment adherence (p = 0.002). Meanwhile, the role of the Treatment Supervisor (PMO) (p = 0.333) and family support (p = 0.370) were not significantly associated with treatment adherence among pulmonary TB patients. In conclusion, knowledge and self-efficacy were significantly associated with treatment adherence among pulmonary TB patients, whereas the role of the Treatment Supervisor (PMO) and family support were not. Strengthening health education and enhancing patients' self-efficacy are expected to improve treatment adherence and support the successful management of tuberculosis.
