FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEIKUTSERTAAN MASYARAKAT PADA PROGRAM CEK KESEHATAN GRATIS DI PUSKESMAS PAGAR MERBAU TAHUN 2026

This study used a quantitative research method with a cross-sectional design. The sampling
technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 100 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Chi-Square test.
The results showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge and participation in the free health check program (p-value = 0.000), attitudes and participation in the free health check program (p-value = 0.000; OR = 8.551), as well as access to health services and participation in the free health check program (p-value = 0.000; OR = 4.840). This study concludes that knowledge, attitudes, and access to health services are important factors influencing community participation
in the free health check program. Therefore, it is necessary to improve health education and facilitate access to health services in order to increase community participation.
