Smoking is an epidemic and the biggest health threat faced in the world today. Smoking is associated with many health problems, directly or indirectly including respiratory, cardiovascular and fitness disorders. VO2 Max indicates a person's cardiorespiratory endurance as a parameter of aerobic fitness. Physical fitness is a person's readiness to make adjustments to physical loads by doing daily work without experiencing significant fatigue. The prevalence of smokers in Indonesia is 3.3% of women who are tobacco smokers and 0.3% are electric smokers. Conventional cigarettes are processed tobacco products formed into cylinders containing tar and nicotine, with or without
additives, and wrapped in paper. Electronic cigarettes are battery-powered electronic nicotine delivery devices. Aerobic exercise is a series of movements that are deliberately chosen in a way that follows the rhythm of music that is also chosen so as to give birth to certain rhythmic, continuity and duration provisions. Objective: To determine the comparison of aerobic exercise on increasing VO2 Max in conventional smokers and female electric smokers.
