Osteoarthritis is a joint disease in which a degenerative process occurs in the articular cartilage, resulting in damage and changes in the soft tissue around the joint. Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis at Grandmed Hospital Lubuk Pakam. Research Methods: This study used a quasi-experimental research design with one group pretest-posttest design. The Retrowalking Exercise intervention was carried out 2 times a week for 4 weeks with a total of 8 actions. The measuring instrument used was the WOMAC scale, to determine the effect of Retrowalking Exercise on Improving Functional Ability in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis, the Shapiro-Wilk Test and the Paired Sample T-Test were used.
