PERBANDINGAN LATIHAN LARI ZIG-ZAG DAN SHUTTLE RUN TERHADAP KELINCAHAN PADA ATLIT SEPAK BOLA DI UNIVERSITAS NEGERI MEDAN
Where in the implementation the athlete runs as fast as possible by winding from one area to another through several existing stakes without forgetting the principles of zig-zag run training is to run as fast as possible between two boundaries that are approximately 2.4 meters apart to provide a challenge, this training can be done with a speed contest. This study is a quasi-experimental with a two-group pretest-posttest design. The intervention of braingym was carried out twice a week for 4 weeks with 8 actions, the measuring instrument used was Cone Drill Exercise. The results of the study showed that agility before and after being given zig-zag and shuttle run training obtained an
average agility of 21.2143 with a standard deviation of 1.79605 and the value after being given zig-zag and shuttle run training obtained an average agility of 19.8329 with a standard deviation of 1.07340 Based on data analysis using the paired sample t-test, a p-value of 0.000 was obtained, which was smaller than α = 0.05, which means that there is a Comparison of Zig-Zag and Shuttle Run Training on Agility in Football Athletes at Medan State University.
