PENGARUH KECEMASAN IBU NIFAS PADA PSP (PERSALINAN SPONTAN PERVAGINAM) TERHADAP PRODUKSI AIR SUSU IBU DI KLINIK NURHAYATI LUBUK PAKAM TAHUN 2025
Background: The postpartum period is an important period in the breastfeeding process, where various physical and psychological changes can affect breast milk production. One of the influencing factors is the level of anxiety. Anxiety that is not managed properly can inhibit the reflex of breast milk release and have an impact on breastfeeding success. Objective: To determine the effect of postpartum maternal anxiety on breast milk production at the Nurhayati Clinic, Lubuk Pakam.
Method: This study used an analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 12 postpartum mothers selected using the accidental sampling technique. Data were collected through an anxiety level questionnaire and breast milk production observation sheet. Data analysis was carried out using the Chi- Square test. Results: It is known that the majority of postpartum mothers experience moderate anxiety as many as 5 people (41.7%), and the majority have smooth breast milk production as many as 9 people (75.0%).
