EVALUASI PENERAPAN ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORD ( EMR) DI RUMAH SAKIT GRANDMED LUBUK PAKAM TAHUN 2026

This study aims to determine the readiness in facing EMR using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method at Grandmed Hospital Lubuk Pakam. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation, problem identification using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method based on 3 aspects of ease (Perceived ease of use), usefulness (Perceived Usefulness) and aspects of interest (behavior intention use). Based on the results of the study by conducting interviews with 4 respondents, it was found that Grandmed Hospital is very good at operating electronic medical records. Adequate facilities and training for all staff make the process easier and more comfortable.
