PENGARUH PENERAPAN TEKNIK AKUPRESUR TERHADAP EMESIS GRAVIDARUM PADA IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER I DI KLINIK SAHABAT BUNDA GALANG
Background: Emesis gravidarum is a condition of nausea and vomiting that is often experienced by pregnant women, especially in the first trimester, which can interfere with activities and quality of life. Acupressure techniques as a non-pharmacological method are believed to be able to reduce these symptoms through stimulation of certain points on the body. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of applying acupressure techniques on the level of emesis gravidarum in pregnant women in the first trimester at the Sahabat Bunda Galang Clinic. Method: The study used a pre- and post-test design (pretest-posttest) with a sample of 18 pregnant women in the first trimester. Data were collected using an emesis gravidarum questionnaire before and after the acupressure technique intervention. Data analysis was carried out using a Paired Sample t-test to determine significant differences in emesis gravidarum scores before and after the intervention.
