FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN HUMAN ERROR DALAM PENGKODEAN KLAIM BPJS DI RUMAH SAKIT GRANDMED LUBUK PAKAM TAHUN 2026
This research utilized a quantitative method with a cross- sectional design. The sample size consisted of 25 respondents from a population of 25, using a total sampling technique. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires to measure competence, workload, training, and human error in BPJS Claims Coding. Statistical analysis was performed using Fisher’s Exact Test
with α = 0.05.
The results showed a significant relationship between competence and human error with a p-value = 0.001 < α = 0.05, and a significant relationship between training and human error with a p-value = 0.008 < α = 0.05. Meanwhile, workload did not have a significant relationship with human error, with a p-value = 0.179 >α = 0.05. It is recommended that the management of Grandmed Lubuk
Pakam Hospital increase periodic training, strengthen the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and evaluate the precision of coding to minimize human error and improve the quality of hospital services.
