PENGARUH KARAKTERISTIK INDIVIDU DAN MOTIVASI DENGAN KINERJA PEGAWAI INSTALASI RAWAT JALAN DI RS GRANDMED LUBUK PAKAM TAHUN 2026
This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The research population included all staff in the outpatient installation, totaling 40 people. Sampling was carried out using a total sampling technique so that a sample of 40 respondents was obtained. Primary data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires and direct interviews. Data analysis used the Fisher's Exact Test and Fisher-Freeman-Halton Exact Test statistics
The majority of respondents have high performance (62.5%). The results of statistical tests show that there is no significant influence between age (p-value = 0.318 > 0.05) and education level (p-value = 0.574 > 0.05) on employee performance. On the other hand, there is a significant influence between length of service (p-value = 0.024 < 0.05) and work motivation (p-value = 0.002 < 0.05) on employee performance.
