ANALISIS SISTEM MANAJEMEN PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DALAM PENGENDALIAN DEMAM BERDARAH DENGUE (DBD) DI PUSKESMAS PAGAR JATI TAHUN 2026

Results:
The results showed that the health service management system in DHF control at Pagar Jati Public Health Center had been implemented fairly well. The planning aspect was conducted through work
program preparation and activity scheduling. The organizing aspect was carried out through task distribution and cooperation among health workers. The actuating aspect included health education, PSN 3M Plus activities, periodic larvae inspection, and focus fogging. The controlling aspect was conducted through monitoring and program evaluation. Program obstacles included low community participation, limited health personnel, and environmental conditions that support the breeding of Aedes aegypti mosquitoes. Conclusion: The health service management system in DHF control at Pagar Jati Public Health Center has been implemented fairly well; however, it still requires increased community participation, stronger cross-sector collaboration, and improved program monitoring to make DHF control more effective.
