HUBUNGAN SISTEM ANTRIAN BPJS RAWAT JALAN DENGAN EFEKTIVITAS PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DIRUMAH SAKIT GRANDMED LUBUK PAKAM TAHUN 2026

Data were collected using questionnaires to measure the queue system and the effectiveness of health services. Statistical analysis was performed using the chi-square test with a significance level of α = 0.05.The results showed that the majority of respondents assessed the queue system as good (73.5%) and the effectiveness of health services was also categorized as good. Statistical test results indicated that there was a relationship between the outpatient BPJS queue system and the effectiveness of health services with a p-value of 0.001 (p < 0.05).It is recommended that the management of Grandmed Hospital Lubuk Pakam improve the queue system, particularly in managing waiting time and optimizing the online registration system to enhance service effectiveness and efficiency.
