The results showed that most respondents perceived the registration process as poor, accounting for 68 respondents (70.8%), human resources as poor with 71 respondents (74.0%), and patient service flow as poor with 67 respondents (69.8%). Furthermore, the majority of outpatient waiting times did not meet the service standard (>60 minutes), accounting for 68 respondents (70.8%). Bivariate analysis revealed that there was a significant relationship between the registration process, human resources, and patient service flow with outpatient waiting time at the GrandMed Hospital Outpatient Clinic, Lubuk Pakam, in 2026.It is recommended that the hospital improve the registration process, optimize and increase human resources, and enhance the patient service flow to reduce outpatient waiting times and improve healthcare service quality.
