HUBUNGAN KELENGKAPAN REKAM MEDIS DENGAN STATUS PENDING KLAIM RAWAT INAPTERHADAP PERSETUJUAN KLAIM BPJS DI RUMAH SAKIT GRANDMED LUBUK PAKAM TAHUN 2026
The results showed that the majority of medical records were incomplete, totaling 66 documents (68.8%), pending claim status totaled 59 documents (61.5%), and unapproved BPJS claims totaled 64 documents (66.7%). The chi-square test showed a p-value of 0.002 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant relationship between the completeness of medical records and BPJS claim approval. In addition, pending claim status was also significantly associated with BPJS claim approval, with a p-value of 0.001 (p < 0.05). It can be concluded that the more complete the medical records are, the lower the possibility of pending claims and the higher the probability of BPJS claim approval. Therefore, it is necessary to improve healthcare workers’ compliance in completing medical records and strengthen supervision to minimize pending claims.
