EFEKTIVITAS TEKNIK RELAKSASI BENSON TERHADAP KECEMASAN PADA IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER III DI KLINIK BIDAN JULIANA TANJUNG MORAWA TAHUN 2025
Objective: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Benson relaxation technique on anxiety levels in pregnant women in the third trimester at the Juliana Tanjung Morawa Midwife Clinic in 2025. Method: This study used a pre-experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest approach. The sample consisted of 25 pregnant women in the third trimester who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The measurement instrument used the Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety (HRS-A) anxiety level questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test because the data were not normally distributed based on the Shapiro-Wilk test. Results:
